How To Stop The Annoying Pairing Pop-Up
There is nothing more annoying, when looking for content, to watch, than a pairing notificaion, keep popping up, asking you to pair your device. (As Shown Below)
In this post, I am going to show you, just how easy it is, to stop this from happening.
The first thing you need to do, is take a note, of the Links, which are doing this, As you can see in the image above, it says ‘VSHARE.EU – So you know that this is the source, which is causing the Pairing to show. Other links, that I know of are:
You can always, disable, anymore, if need be. But, now i will show you how to disable these links.
I am using the Black & Gold Build, for this Guide, but it is the same process, for any of the Insomniacs Builds..
First of all, you need to head to the ‘Systems’ section, of the Build. In the Submenu, you will see URLRESOLVER & RESOLVEURL. (You need to do the same process, for each of these resolvers)
Ok, the fist thing you need to do is click the ‘URLRESOLVER’ (As shown in the pic below)
Once, you have clicked the Resolver, you will see the URLResolver, settings, as shown below:
As you can see, in the left hand side. There is different tabs, Resolvers 1, Resolvers 2, and so on…. (Pic Below)
In each one of these tabs, is the sources, we are looking to disable. (They are all in alphabetical order) So it is very easy to find, the sources we are looking for.
In Resolvers 9, Is the VSHARE.EU source which we are looking for, as shown in the image below:
As you can see, it says VSHARE.EU. Then it has the priority number (100) Then it has Enabled. We need to disable this source, so simply, click the Enabled, under the VSHARE.EU (As shown in the image below)
As you can see highlighted, in the Image above, the VSHARE.EU is now disabled. We now, need to find the other Sources, and Disable these too.
So in Resolvers 4 is the Openload Source, which is Enabled. (Pic Below)
Again I will disable, this Source (As shown in the Image below)
And, we will now repeat the process, for the Vidup.me (Resolvers 9) (Images Below)
I will now Disable, this Source too (Pic Below)
Please Remember: Once you have disabled, the sources. You need to make sure, that you scroll across, and click ‘OK’ (As shown below)
And that is it……. It really is as simple, as that. You will now, no longer, receive the pairing message, from these sources.
You will need to make sure, that you repeat the process with the RESOLVEURL too, which is also in the ‘System’ Submenu (Shown Below)
Just do exactly the same, as you have done, with the URL Resolver, and you will no longer, have the issues, with the Pairing. The reason, there is 2 Resolvers, is because some Add-Ons, use the URL Resolver, and some use the ResolveURL.
This process, should take no longer than a minute or two, and makes such a big difference.
I hope this step by step Guide, has been useful. Feel free to comment, below, with any questions.
